As CEO of HerGrowth Holdings, Kent brings strategic vision, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to building businesses that create lasting value. He believes that the best companies are built on trust, transparency, and a relentless focus on serving customers and communities.
Kent holds a degree in Computer Science and has been recognized as a thought leader in technology entrepreneurship and innovation.

Director of Strategy

As Director of Strategy, Avery leads deal sourcing, market research, and strategic planning for the portfolio. She works closely with portfolio company leaders to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies for expansion.
